Rubber Base Coat – Clear 15ml – thick visc.(no more lifting!) – Self-leveling

A gel, self-leveling, low-density base, ideally designed for strong adhesion to the natural nail. It is designed to create the first (substrate) layer on the prepared nail plate. Provides ideal adhesion to the next layers. Compatible with all types of semi-permanent gel.

LED polymerization 30 seconds or 2 minutes in a 36 W UV lamp.
