In Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca we provide 3 options:
- ACS Courier – Pick up from an office near you
- Travel Express – Pick up from an office near you
- Geniki Taxydromiki – Delivery to your address
In Paphos, we provide the above options as well as local pickup!
Yes, local pickup is available, but only in the city of Paphos!
After a new order is placed, the order is delivered to the courier within 1-2 business days. Afterwards, the shipping is completed within 1 business day.
Shipping costs depends on the order’s total.
For orders over €90, the option of free shipping via Geniki Taxydromiki to your address is available.
For all orders over €70, the option of free shipping via ACS or Travel Express courier is available.
For orders under €70, the shipping cost is €2.5
You can either choose to pay by credit card using Stripe gateway or choose to pay with cash on delivery or pick up,
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
